皆で、力を合わせて 組合の未来を形創っていきましょう！
５月のユニオン会議で「組合員が増える体制づくりと組合の活性化」について討議しました。なにわユニオン・ルネサンスを目指す一年となります。組合員の皆さん全員の参加をお待ちしています。大会後、交流会を予定しています。
We will be holding the Union Annual Meeting. All members of the Naniwa Union are required to attend. Please make every effort to participate. We plan to hold a reception with light refreshments after the meeting.

組合員・関係者各位
私たちを取り巻く労働環境は、物価高への対応や働き方改革の推進など、急速な変化と多くの課題に直面しています。このような厳しい状況を乗り越え、誰もが安心して働ける職場をつくるためには、組合員一人ひとりの「意識」や「行動」が何よりも大きな力となります。
組合活動の意味合いは個人によって異なりますが、共通項は「自己の幸福追求」ではないでしょうか。イギリスの哲学者バートランド・ラッセルは『幸福論』で、「幸福はただ待つものではなく、自分の関心を外に向けて能動的に勝ち取るものである」と、述べています。自分の殻に閉じこもるのではなく、積極的に組合に参加していただきたい理由がここにあります。
本大会は、組合員一人ひとりが主役となり、私たちの手でより良い未来を勝ち取るための重要な出発点です。皆様の積極的な参加と力強い結集をお願いします。

つきましては、下記のとおり定期大会を開催いたしますので、万障お繰り合わせの上、出席いただきますようお願いします。送付済みの機関紙に組合大会参加の出欠を問うハガキを同封しています。同封のハガキで「出欠」をお知らせください。欠席の場合は委任状に署名をお願いします。

The closest subway station is Temmabashi Station on the Tanimachi Line. Go out of Exit 2 ,and walk west for about 7 minutes, then you will see the L-Osaka building on your left hand. Look forward to seeing you then.
