 本日(2003/04/28)から数えると39日前の2003年3月20日に始まったアメリカとイギリス連合軍のイラク侵略は、いまだに圧倒的な軍事力の所有者による「勝利宣言」に至っていない。おかしな状況である

 軍事的な現状の評価は別として、私は、この間に解明もしくは露呈された最も重要な問題の数々を、あえて「成果」と言う。その筆頭は、この軍事行動が、「イスラエルのための戦争」だったことが、広く理解されるに至ったことだと判断する。

 さらに、この軍事行動に至る発火点が、911事件であったという理解も、最早、論を待たない状況となった。

 つまり、「イスラエルのための戦争」と「911事件」とは、深い因果関係にあるのである。

 私は、昨年10月25日に発行した新編著『9・11事件の真相と背景』の副題を、以下のようにした。

「テロ」か? 自作自演の戦争挑発謀略か?アメリカ=イスラエル=世界支配構想の核心を突く

 私は、上記の「深い因果関係」の指摘を、この副題に籠めたのである。

 アメリカで911事件が起きてから1カ月後の2001年10月上旬、この大規模テロ事件の犯人を特定することにつながるニュースが、インドとパキスタンの各新聞に、非常に短い記事として掲載された。

 2001年10月7日、パキスタンのムシャラフ大統領が、軍の諜報機関であるISI(統合情報局)のマフムード・アーメド局長ら3人の軍首脳を解任した。マフムードが解任された理由は、彼がオマル・シェイク(Umar Sheikh)という男を通じて、911実行犯の主犯格だったとされるモハマド・アッタにテロ資金を送金していたことが、FBIの調べで明らかになったからだった。FBIはインド当局からの情報をもとに、ISIのマフムード長官がアッタへの送金を指示していたことをつかみ、パキスタン側に圧力をかけたという。

 なお、この通信によると、以上のパキスタンでの報道を、「フランスのAFP」も報じているようである。

 私は、この田中通信を、「偽の犯人集団育成過程が判明」として評価する。パキスタン軍の諜報機関、ISI(統合情報局)は、日本人に分かりやすい例を示すと、軍事政権時代の韓国のKCIAのようなものである。

 偽イスラエルの反体制の学者は、イスラエルの現状を、「国家が軍隊を所有しているのではなくて、軍隊が国家を所有している」と喝破する。このイスラエルの軍隊は、秘密情報機関のモサドと一体不可分の関係にある。その意味では、軍と秘密情報機関が国家を所有しているのである。

 パキスタンも、軍事政権時代の韓国も、同じ構造である。違うのは、ISIとKCIA、それぞれの軍が、アメリカのCIAと軍に従属しているのに対して、イスラエルの軍とモサドは、アメリカのCIAと軍に対して対等、もしくは時として上位の関係にあることである。

 このような関係にあるイスラエル、アメリカ、パキスタンの秘密情報機関が、911謀略に深く関わっていたことが、これだけ明らかになったのであるから、当然、世界中の電網情報には、関連記事が載る。
