i have found jay on several lists- his big interest is in energy as a
limiting factor- he has a lot of good stuff on his web site and is a
very rational contirubtor to several lists, and, in the past, has stayed
clsoe to his area of expertise- I have never waned anyone about any body
on any list, in public- and certainly not about Jay- he has been a
persistant and thoughtfulo needle in discussions
