Hi, Roberto and everyone:

Thanks for the Kellner review.  I share his hopes that Noble will
someday demonstrate "how these dimensions are interconnected."  There
are many dimensions to be considered and some of them are
quantitative.  At the risk of being suspected of "fetishization," I
will again emphasize what I appreciate in Longergan's "Essay in
Circulation Analysis."  You will certainly appreciate them better than
I do if you will only browse through some of the materials that I hope
you will pick up someday before they gather too much dust.
