2000 High Rise Survival

 The stuff that I am able to find on the internet about y2k
 is about computers, software, embedded chips and survival
 based on the assumption that you have your own house and
 land and money.

 I find nothing about urban survival.  How are elderly people 
 in high-rises going to survive?  There is no discussion of 
 this subject.  How are the poor in the cities to survive?
 No one seems to have considered this.

 I wish that we had a list or a site devoted to the survival
 of the urban poor and working class tenants.  Non-homeowners.

 I would appreciate any URLs that you can suggest that might
 speak to the issue of my survival, a tenant in the city.
