• Individual Accounts After a one-time $15 sign-up fee, a monthly subscription fee of $12.50 includes six hours of network use other than telecommunications charges (if any). Network use in excess of six hours is billed at the rate of $1 per hour plus telecommunications charges. See below for a table of telecommunications charges.

  (*) Regional Providers are small networking companies, with whom
      IGC has made arrangements for local dialup access;
      Regional providers are available in: Portland & Eugene ("RainNet"),
      Fairbanks AK ("PolarNet"), and NorthWest California ("NorthCoast").
  
  (+) Ideal for rural access, access from Hawaii, Alaska (outside of
      Fairbanks), the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
  

• Group Accounts. Groups with six or more user IDs on the IGC networks, billed to a single address, receive special discounted use of the IGC Networks.
  • Main Account: $20 one time setup fee; $50/month
  • For Each Additional Account: $3.50/month; $20 one-time signup; includes six hours of usage (exclusive of telecommunications charges, if any).
  Usage for ALL User IDs must be billed to the same address, the address of the Master Account. The Master Account receives a monthly invoice, with charges for all accounts in the group. Additional accounts may optionally receive individual summaries of network usage by electronic mail.

• Student Accounts. Pre-paid student accounts are at special low rates ($35 for 3 months; $42 for 4 months, 30 hours on-line per month). These accounts let students take advantage of Internet access provided by their schools to affordably participate in the on-line activist communities on EcoNet, PeaceNet, ConflictNet, LaborNet and WomensNet. • Library Accounts. A library account is a read only account (no e-mail or writing to conferences) with a special interface, and is intended for libraries that want to provide access to the IGC networks to their patrons. A flat monthly rate of $50 with no variable connect charge makes library budgeting easier. Library accounts are available only to libraries that can connect via telnet or direct dial to an IGC modem. Reading of, but not writing to, electronic conferences is supported.
