Founded in 1994. There is an open space, in the office, for a group of Philippines called Ｆ．Ｆ．Ｏ where Philippine women and trainees gather. We have an English speaking staff member during daytime from Mon. thru Sat., who can introduce to you an interpreter of your language other than English when so necessary. We mainly provide multi-lingual counseling services on living, and are interested in holding Japanese language classes and cross-cultural exchanges. |

We take care of refugees, migrant workers and sailors for their lives, human rights and religious matters. We face these days more and more difficult issues such as Afghani asylum seekers and victims of faked marriages. SMJ is a strong support for us. An experienced team of 8 fathers, 5 sisters and some general citizens (former sailors) at an average age of 60. |
