　全く噴飯ものです。某国政府や某よしこさんなら、「なるほど」でしょうが、まと
もな反応は、「ふざけるな」だよ、まったく。

　防衛施設庁関係沖縄分当初予算の１９９６年度は、１６１１億円余です。今日の為
替レート（１ドル＝１３４円）で計算するとほぼ１２億ドルになり、トントン。被害
だけで何のメリットもないことになります。某国の払う駐留軍経費全体は６４００億
円（９７年度）ですから、約４８億ドル。

　突然、駐留軍従業員数の計算で、海軍の分も足すという操作をしている。

　　海兵隊：２６１４人
　　海　軍：　５１１人
　　空　軍：２９３８人
　　陸　軍：　７６３人

　某国の労務費負担は１９９０年度以降１００％。つまりアメリカの持ち出しはゼロ
。そもそも、「思いやり予算」がはじまったのは、労務費負担からです。復帰後、沖
縄の米軍基地面積は１５％しか減っていませんが、駐留軍従業員は半減した。

　海軍の分を足さないと海兵隊より空軍の方が多い。
　あの普天間の基地従業員は、なんと１７９人。
　沖縄の基地の７割以上を海兵隊が占めており、演習場が多く雇用につながらないた
め、７５％の基地を持つ沖縄の基地従業員数は全国の３割。１９９６年の統計による
と、沖縄（８２５６人）より神奈川（８７０９人）の方が多い。

> At the end of 1997 there were 16,391 servicemembers serving with Marine
> Forces on Okinawa, along with 8,057 family members.Nearly 1,000 families
> rent homes and apartments within the Okinawa community, spending more than
> $13.6 million for rent per year and another $3.9 million in agency fees.

　某国の税金で基地内に高級住宅を作ってあるぞ。

　光熱水道費として、某国は３１８億も払っている（９７年度）。あんたらは払って
ないだろうが。
