Eco-Neko-Za Environmental Puppet-Show

Our Eco-Neko-Za puppets make environmental study fun for children.
Topics of our 10-minute plays are:

• Taking Good Care of Water
• Separating Our Trash
• Carrying a Vacuum-Flask or Water-Bottle

We can put on these shows around Kyoto for audiences of 15-20 kids, needing just one desk in a Japanese or Western-style room. We can also teach crafts such as how to make a memo-book from recycled paper.

Eco-Calendar Project

For the last 11 years, JEE, with the dedicated assistance of cartoonist High Moon (Dr. Hiroshi Takatsuki, Professor of Kyoto University's Environment Preservation Center), has produced an
Eco-calendar that is suitable for homes and schools as an environmental education aid. Each year 5-6,000 copies are printed and distributed, some carrying the name and details of other envronmental NGOs.
