Illustrate how the initiative you are nominating reflects the three Betinho prize criteria:
- Significant and specific development achievements, especially in the face of limited resources and difficult circumstances.
- Creative use of people's energy and skills.
- Potential to teach and inspire others.
3. Use of ICTs in the initiative
- Tell us why ICTs were essential to this work.
- Which ICT tool(s) were used?
- How were they used in the initiative?
4. Impact of the initiative
Tell us how the initiative made a difference.

Identify three individuals who are active participants in the ICT initiative with their phone numbers and e-mail addresses, and organization name (if applicable), who will act as references for the application. We may contact them for more information about the application so they need to be aware of it.
