could respond to your question. We received, and responded to, your second

Perhaps you did not receive it? Since the question was not time-sensitive, 
we thought it would be most useful for members to see the question and the 
response the same day, if possible. Of course, we can only wait a 
reasonable period for a response, and if one is not forthcoming, will post 
your message without a response.
