先の訂正に加えて、関連情報です。

ESCAPには、メンバー国（Member States）アソシエートメンバ-国（Associate
Member States）の分類があるということが、ESCAP広報に出ていました。

メンバー51カ国、アソシエートメンバー国 9カ国、計60カ国のうち、参加国数は、
メンバー39カ国、アソシエートメンバー国 3カ国、計42カ国です。このほかに、
ESCAP委任事項第９項(Terms of Reference paragraph 9)に基づく「その他の国
(Other States)」の位置付けで、5カ国と国連が参加しました。以下に、ESCAPメ
ンバー国一覧と政府信任参加者数を示します。

また、今回の「ハイレベル会議」がどの程度ハイレベルであったかの指標になる
信任参加 者中最高位者の肩書きを付加しました。国連会議のうち、「閣僚会議」
と名のつくものは 社会的にもかなり注目を集める実効性の高い会議という認識が
あり、ハイレベル会議（閣僚"級"会議）には、その会議に「閣僚会議」に準ずる
ステータスを与える意図があります。

原語のままではありますが、10月29日に回覧された最終参加者リストに基づいて、
リストの最初に登場する最高ランクの参加者と思しき人物の肩書きを国名の横に
記載しました。このうち、"Minister"とあるのが[大臣]です。別途、男女別デー
タの作成を試みましたが、同資料ではジェンダー不明のケースが多いので諦めま
した。

面白のは、参加者数が最も多かったのがフィリピン(34名)であり、ホスト国＝会
議主催国であるタイ(31名)を圧倒していたことでしょうか。このほか、各国参加
者動向で何か気がついたことがあれば、是非、投稿してください。
