Note from the Political Empowerment Panel.

Linda Miranda (CAPWIP, Philippines) brought out the relevant barriers 
to women's political empowerment. All the points were relevant and
explained/analyzed very well. It has remided participants of common
issue in countries. 

And corrective measure (strategies) were also very well defined.

Not too much rumbling around. clear to the point.
point by point, step by step, clearly elaborated
what strategic changes must take place.
