ノウハウ会議の準備を本格化できるようになったというお知らせです。
2002年7月下旬、ウガンダにて開催。日本からツアーでも組みましょうか？
　ウガンダはアフリカの内陸にあり、かつてのアミン政権による無茶苦茶な
虐殺を超えてムセベニ政権が英語圏ではタンザニアと並んで民衆本位の開発
をすすめる国の事例として語られる国です。2002年のノウハウ会議は、民間
女性情報センターとして有名なIsis 三団体のひとつで女性の健康と暴力に
取り組むIsis-WICCEが IIAV と共に事務局を担います。
