Dear Sato San, Taka San, Mayomi San

First of all I have to say to you huge destruction has been occurred in Sri Lanka due to world famous "Tsunami sea quake" experienced recently.
I believe that you and most of people in your country have seen this tragedy through various communication channels.
According to the official reports more than 18,000 people died and millions of people have become refugees.

Most of the remaining people of my country are being organized to help and aid to these unlucky people.
Numbers of foreign countries are joined with us in various ways to help us this sorrowful occasion and personally thanks for them on behalf of my people.

Therefore, I personally appeal to you as a friend of mine kindly make arrangement to collect and send us medical items, clothes and volunties etc. to distribute among the suffered people if it is possible.

Further if you are in a position to give this message to neighbors and NGOs of your country which may help us, please convey this message to them.
I can assist you for this work with the coordination of Government representatives.
Please refer your reply to above numbers
Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,

Mahinda Luxman
